You will be part of a team responsible for creating and delivering outstanding digital experiences to our clients. The Digital Marketing Specialist’s responsibilities are varied. Ultimately, you will create and implement strategies and corresponding content but this also requires the collection and interpretation of data (website analytics, search and social optimization, etc.) and the distillation of this data into coherent information about audience, behaviors, trends and goals. This information directly drives the marketing strategies the DMS creates. CONTENT CREATION & CURATION
You will craft eloquent, original content based on strategy. This includes participating in client campaign ideation and execution, copywriting/editing content for the campaigns, authoring blog and social media content for clients and for the company. You will review and recommend improvements to content contained company work product.
You will stay current on technical and marketing knowledge of social media tools and trends. You will design social media marketing strategies based on business needs. You will execute the strategies above with corresponding tactics. You will be responsible for the social presence of the company and be expected to promote our brand in creative, engaging ways.
ANALYTICS & REPORTING
You will design and implement high performance tagging campaigns via Google and other relevant tools. You will collect, organize and analyze data for program performance (page views, site visits, click-through rate, open rates, conversion, etc.) You will generate meaningful, articulate and actionable performance reports based on data collected from all the areas below.
You will maintain bleeding edge technical and marketing knowledge of search tools, trends and techniques and you will integrate these learnings into our service offerings. You will assess an existing digital property (website/app, etc.) learn new business requirements and create an action plan to improve its performance. You will create a search marketing strategy based on business needs. You will execute the strategy described above with tactics.
You will represent clevermethod as the steward for all above service areas with clients as well as other team members in the delivery of the above services. You will identify opportunities within and outside a client’s current marketing plans and be able to generate ideas to improve their business using the skill areas above.
